✦ NSFW (suggestive is ok)
✦ Underaged x adult ships
✦ Religion
✦ Hate art
✦ RealismHow to Pay Me✦ You can pay 50 percent (50%) of the price (upfront) before I send you the first sketch. You pay
The other 50 percent(50%) before I send the finalized version of your order.✦ USD payment via paypal (USD Conversion for other currencies)✦ Other payment via other means is for my close friends and family.✦ You will officially be given a slot when the first payment is made and we have an understanding on the commission request.Copyright & Usage✦ Commissions may be used as a social media banner, profile picture, or any other non-commercial use. (This means you can use it anywhere as long as you're not selling anything with the art on it or using it for branding on a for-profit site or social account)✦Commercial use packages apply to one piece of artwork only, multiple packages are required for multiple works, but discounts can be negotiated!
✦I do not allow my art to be used in NFTs or anything crypto-related.
✦I do not allow my art to be used for AI learning purposes.Artist aka UmeMoe:
✦ I have the right to cancel and refund you at any time for any reason.
✦ The artwork belongs to me, so I am going to use them in my portfolio and post them online.
✦ All copyrights to the art, sketches, concepts and final artwork shall forever remain in the ownership of Artist.
✦ I will NOT claim for the Intellectual Property (IP) of your commissioned artwork.
✦ I will NOT profit your commissioned piece further unless you break one or any of my terms.You (the customer/commissioner):
✦ You are absolutely NOT allowed to use the work in blockchain tokenization a.k.a NFTs
✦ Any of my art CANNOT be used in any AI / machine learning purposes.
✦ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media platforms with the watermarked artwork I provided and credit to my work
✦ You are NOT allowed make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, adoptables, etc.) unless we have discussed and agreed on the usage.
✦ You are NOT allowed to trace, or heavily reference the commissioned artwork and claim it as your work.
✦ All of the Intellectual Property except the artwork belongs to you.
✦ They may use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork is not being exploited in a way to make a profit.The following is considered copyright infringement:
✦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms and/ or use the work in blockchain tokenization a.k.a NFTs
✦ Claiming the artwork as your own
✦ (This is a big one!) Altering the artwork without my consent!
✦ In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased (If you want to use the artwork commercially).
✦ Removing my signature from the artworkCancellation & Refund Policy
✦ You're not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
✦ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
✦ If you're not satisfied with the piece, I will not give refunds or redo the piece, however if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed to, and you would like me to add them in, if possible without ruining the piece, I will add them in.
What will you get/what to expect
✦ Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
✦ Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)
✦ Final file formats are PNG, unless specified by customer.
